LALA training today was okay lah, except that lydia dint come ): our instrutors switched for hn! and i think NA's instructors damn zai in HN!but our team instructors veh zai also okay(: footdrills getting better agn~ after training we took pictures! :D 
we were testing the self timer! caught unaware x)
