Ytd we had team training which was actually quite fun lah cos we had min le who coached us in case and Boon Kai sir who coached us in drill.. We only did like 15 pumpings throughout both case and foot drill, 5 was before boon kai sir came when we did warm up drill. The other 10 were done at the end cos min le say its to train our physical standards haha. They both very nice lah, nvr get angry although we all very clumsy and blur blur one haha..
Especially the slow march part where we cannot get it right but they both very patient with us nvr scold us leh so 感动 wors。Haha but min le say we learnin very fast le lah cos he say his team take 3 weeks to learn(if im not wrong). Anyway i would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Boon Kai sir, min le and not forgetting wan ying lah:))

BUT BUT Keith IC you cheated our feelings hmph:( you promised not to let anyone see the ppt but the other NCOs still managed to see lor sadness.. To think we trusted you:((
